Are the head bolts on a 2g turbo reusable?

No, buy a new set from mitsu. Torque to yield bolts for the win.

Are there really any stock head bolts that aren't stetch to yield?? I know just about every car I have ever read about or worked on said to replace with ARP's or get new head bolts due to the stretch to yield factor.

The 3000gt's are re-useable but I never do.

1g head bolts should be re-usable but if you want to run over 20psi ARPs are a cheap upgrade.

ARP's are definitely re-useable.

My car is not modified at all, so the performance aspect is not realy a factor for me. So ok to reuse????

NO. once they are torqued down they STRETCH (yield). if you slap already stretched bolts back onto your engine, dont be surprised if and when your headgasket blows.

Why are so many DSMers such cheapasses and aren't willing to spend $80 in order to keep their engines running longer than 3 weeks?

Why is this such a difficult concept?
