Tokico Illumina 5 ways have caught my eye. However, KYB AGX adjustables look okay too. I was wondering what I should wrap them with. I want a coilover setup (Dropzone perhaps...........). The last setup that I'm looking at is the B+G S3 setup, expensive but looks to be kosher. What are your thoughts guys? I'm open to other options.

Thanks guys.

Tokico's are better shocks than the AGX's for the 2G cars. MachV.com sells a complete set of Tokico shocks and springs that looks, rides, and handles really nicely for a very good price. If you want coilovers, get a true coilover setup not threaded sleves/springs that just slip over the shocks. If you insist on getting these fake coilovers, I suppose GroundControl would be your best bet. I had the GC's and trust me, you can find a much better setup.

I second S2kracka's motion. I had KYB AGX's on my 2g and the rear ones blew out twice, not to mention the ride was crazy bouncy. After I switched to the tokicos it was like a world of difference. I have Ground Control coilovers but if I were you I'd just spend a little more money and get some true coilovers (ie tein). I'm not that impressed with the Ground Controls and they're a bitch to adjust, not to mention one of them has warped.

I was being hella sarcastic about Dropzone's. Tein was my first choice for a coilover setup. Thanks for the imput guys.

Please feel free on adding your two cents. Anyone ever riden in or has a ride with B+G S3's?

Check back a few posts in the Suspension section of this board, we just went over a lot of coilover discussion a few days ago.
