I have Sprint. Just found out I was getting charged an extra 25 bucks a month for shit I didn't want.

That happens a lot when you upgrade your phone. You used to have to have the web on your phone whenever you upgraded. Not the case anymore. It was always free for the first month. You just had to cancel within 30 days. If you read your bill it would state exactly what you are getting charged for. Most people just look at the bill and pay the balance. This is fine as long as the reps that help you let you know about all of the charges/fees associated with changing phones. The nice thing about Sprint is (at least at my store) we will credit you back most questionable charges.

I like Verizon. I have had AT&T, sprint and nextel also, but there coverage isn't close to Verizon's. Now if Verizon would quit turning off functions in their phones so I didn't have to go in and hack them to turn the MP3 players back on...

Verizon, 8 years and going. SOmetimes their actual customer service can really suck but that have the best network by far right now.

So what do I have to do to get back the money I've been paying since like June for some stupid Voice Command option, my Road Side Assistance Option, and the Vision Option?

Go into a store and make be nice about it. Be very stern when you say that you absolutely did not authorize those charges and you were never told about them. If they don't help you, make a fuss and tell them if they can't help you, another company will.

Before you do it I would check into Cingulur, the reason I say this is because I actually had two phones a year ago and one had Verizon and one had Cingular.

The Verizon service I had for about 6 years prior and always felt like they had the best coverage and didn't drop a lot of calls.

When I got a Cingular phone I was amazed by how much clearer everything was and how I never had a droppped call. And now that they merged with AT&T the coverage was 10X better than the Verizon phone. I would have both of them with me for about three months and the Cingular Phone would always have service when the Verizon Phone did not.

This is just my experience, I liked Verizon, but I would never go back knowing what I know now.

Huh. Ok. I guess I will go with whatever I can get the best phone/plan for me for cheapest.
