adjustable front control arms?

This might be a dumb question but I'm gunna ask anyways. Where can I get a set of front adjustable control arms? I'm trying to fix my small camber issue and I need a set of adjustable control arms. The front camber kits that I have hit the top of the wheelwell when I lower the car all the way down-giving me basically no suspension in the front. Can anybody help me out?

First of all. How far is it off?

I've looked all over and I can only find them for the rear. I'm off about 1.5 degrees I think, but i don't know if I trust the guy that alligned it. They did it as a side job. I have new springs to put on so that will change my camber as well.
