So I'm thinking about going to Hot Import Nights, but I'm a little confused. How much is it to just go and spectate. I can't find it anywhere on the website. It says "purchase tickets" but the link doesn't work right! Anyone know anything about this? And is anyone else going?

I went back in 2002 to one at McCormick place and had a good time.

I went to the one at the LA Convention Center probably 3-4 years ago. It wasn't too bad. Just took a ton of pictures with the hot models, good stuff!

I went to the one in LA last year, it was crazy, what was even more crazy was the line to get in. It went all the way in front of the Convention center, then into the parking ramp, then down the whole first level, then wound back. took about an hour to get into the doors. LOL The show was fun though. I just wish the NOPI nationals were in CA, I was watching Nopi tunervision last night on Speed, and that looks like fun :)

NOPI last year in St. Louis was a blast! hotter then fuck, but awesome. The sights and smells and sounds of all those cars, like shep, rau, white, papadakis(sp?) and whatnot. Plus, we got onto Rau's truck to see what I think is the biggest turbo i've personally seen with my own eyes to date. he had 3 sizes, and this was 1 of 4 in the world. bigger then the wheel on your mom's honda accord.

Funny you mention that. A friend of mine and I were the first two people to get into the Chicago HIN in '02. If I'm remembering correctly, we were there at like 2PM and it didn't open until 6 or 7.

i went to HIN chicago in 01 with a bunch of friends. We had a good time, none of which was really car related though. If you like cars modded in HORRIBLE taste, then by all means go.

The line was huge when I went to it in LA as well. But we had boughten tickets before hand, and got to skip right to the front!
