Im in need, but might get a 190 instead. Im trying to set up a auto-X car. Also need either 550 or 660cc prolly 660 though. Hey Mr. 98GSX walbro pumps are right around 100 bucks give or take like $10 depends on who you get them from.

I and others run the 255 without the need for a fpr.. Just an fyi.

I'm addicted to modding and to me $100 isn't an expensive upgrade haha.. Do you need a FPR w/ a walbro 255?

I belive it helps when you are at idle..But thats about it. You would need one if you are just sawping out pumps and not using a SAFC or somthing like that.

Don't know if I should start another thread on this, but now I'm curious about the 255.
Do you guys over run and it just doesn't cause problems? Do you not over run at all? Doesn't it make good tuning and consistent power more difficult?
Does it help the situation to use one of the cheap FPR's and turn up the base fuel pressure a little? ($40 is much better than $150+) I suppose it would be hard to tune with a SAFC and 660 on higher fuel pressure (out of the range of it, right?)
