Ok, this is beginging to piss me off.

this is 3rd melted headlight plug...

i put factory lightbulbs back in so they are the crappy yellow weak ones.

yet the plugs keep geting melted, the plastic right next to the contact gets all melted and burned out.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

when i did my H4 conversion. I bought aftermarket plugs that where suposed to be more heat resistand. you could try that.

Wierd. I had the same problem in my Galant when I put in Silverstars, and just putting in cheapo headlights fixed it for me.

It's a very common problem with newer Mitsu's. Did you replace them with the O.E. pigtail harness?

i went to junk yard and got some used old ones..

I went to mitsu and bought new pigtail harnesses. The wires seemed like a thicker guage. With the new harnesses, and the cheapo bulbs, I'm having no more problems.

Yeah, they did update the harnesses with a little heavier duty ones. If I was you Enes I would go buy the pigtail harnesses from Mitsu and solder those bad boys up.
