"Ignition Coil Problem"

A couple of weeks ago my eclispe had some random moments where it would run fine then get this really bad bogging down feel to it as if it has lost half of its hp then it would go away. The check engine light came on when it was doing it long enough and I hooked my logger up to it and the code was the ignition coil. So I replaced the coil and one other thing that pertains to it but just today that same code and problem came back. I have no clue what it is or could be. I would really appreciate any help that you guys can provide. My spark plugs look fine and my wires are still good. Thanks.

I had the same problem with my 92 Talon! And I never found a solution, tried different coil packs and power transistors and they didnt change anything. Could this be an ECU issue? I thought at first maybe I had leaking caps, I checked the ECU and sure enough they were leaking, but not severely at all (no damage to board). After the new caps, the problem still would occur occassionally.
