how much $$$ for a short block

What should a fellow dsmer pay for my 6bolt shortblock? It came out of a running car. Comes with arp headstuds. very visible crosshatching on cylinder wallls, no vertical lines. Basically in great shape.

I do not have compression results.

Damn. I might be looking for a new engine soon if its gonna cost me too much to fix mine right now. I'm waiting on Josh to call with the new price with valve guides/sleeves (?), valves and headwork ontop of a bunch of other stuff :D. I might wanna buy it if the price is right (haha). but other than that I know almost nothing about how much it would cost :D.
