I have a 95 tsi with a fmic, tunner, injectors, and a evo 3 16g ported and polished. What can my stock motor really push for max boost?

This question has been answered millions of times with a similar setups.

Whats a Tunner? AFC? Do you have headstuds otherwise you cant push much more than 20. You need a bigger fuel pump also... Are you running pump gas or race? Endless questions can be answered.

Get some of those minimums on the car and then have it dyno tuned by a pro shop, they will setup your boost at a good level.

i have a 255, safc, no head studs, and non oxygnated mix with 100 for gas.

It usually comes down to the fuel. The motor can handle more power than that turbo can make, but it will depend on the tuning and fuel quality.

Well i was going to go down to midway tonight and run 100 and tune to that before i go there. what boost do you recccomend to be at a safe level? 20, 22 im not sure.

17psi. Running anymore than that would not yield any gains since that small turbo would be pushing nothing but hot air. Just because you can run 20psi doesn't mean that the air charge is of good quality. 20psi on a T25 and 20psi on a 50trim are not the same thing.

When I ran a T25 I ran 17psi daily, it would spike to 20psi since it spooled so fast and then settle to 17psi until the RPMs went over 5500 and then the boost fell off.

100oct? If its good then 20psi should be ok.

20psi should be dandy, even on just 92 octane. Get some dyno time in with one of the local tuners and get a decent tune on that thing. with 100 octane you could probably do a bit more, but I wouldn't push it too much, 22psi or so?
