It's almost like a bong sorta. And you put flavored tobacco in it, like Apple and what not. Much more flavored then a cigarette.

It's natural tobacco so there aren't the chemicals of regular cigarettes, such as nicotine. American Spirit cigarettes are the same way. Either way it still fucks with your lungs.
