The GAO also found that FEMA lost track of 750 debit cards, worth a total of $1.5 million.

After inquiries from the GAO, FEMA recovered about half of that money, which had not been distributed by JPMorgan Chase, the bank hired to run the program. But the agency still cannot account for 381 cards, worth about $760,000 total, which JPMorgan Chase says it distributed, according to the GAO.

What a waste. And 16% of claims were invalid:confused: Nearly 1 BILLION dollars worth. What a crock of shit.

I'm with S2Kracka on this one... if all of that was like food stamps these people wouldn't be wasting the shit on strippers and dildos. And that crap about the lost cards... couldn't they shut down the accounts or cards or something? They're the same thing as a credit card... the whole thing just has me pissed off.

Considering I grew up in a poor family seeing how my parents poorly spent money fucked us. Hell I'm still having to tell them to be responsible with their credit cards.

I'm with Tim, this is the biggest crock of shit crockdom I've seen in this country so far. We donate money and whatnot and so many people do all they can to help them. Those fuckers should just shit on a flag and burn it right in front of a bunch of people from the NRA to say thanks to our country and then get their heads blown away into the galaxy.
