The car is a stock 91 auto awd. Last weekend when it was really hot, it didn't start. I had it towed home and looked at it today. It has fuel, spark and compression. It starts up and kills a few seconds later. When it starts up, the stock boost guage goes high, it revs up for a second, kills and won't start again. Do you think it would have something to do with the wastegate or do you think it is electrical? I have no idea what it could be.
Thanks, James

Still have the problem. It started up today and ran like shit. It idled between 2,000 and 2500 rpms just reving up and down between there. The stock boost guage was jumping up and down also between 0 and 7psi. It did that for a minute and killed. Has anyone had a similar problem or have any ideas? I have no clue what it could be.
James

I havn't checked, but I was told that it is on. I am not sure if I can rent the 1g scan tool at checker and am not sure where my 1g logger is though.

Just check it. Look for the red check engine light. If its on then figure out why's its on.
