I have 2 kids (3 year old boy & 6 month old girl) and have no problem getting them into my '97 gsx. They love the rear bucket seats http://dsmstyle.com/forums/images/icons/icon14.gif

Personally, I would keep the GSX also. I'm just not much for 4 door performance cars.

Amen! here is something I find depressing but cool at the same time. 300hp stock?

On topic of 4 doors.

Well, it's the second kid, that's new, I have an 11 yr old also. And it gets kinda tight with both kids, and the wife. (If I can ever get her in the GSX, She hates it) I have friends that have Sti's, and I really like them, but I'm having trouble finding one locally that's not over priced.

They had a NEW one <2k miles> out at Wayzata Mazda for $30K a few weeks ago that looked real nice.

Downside of the Evo, the clutch goes quickly if you drag race it. Clutches are no fun to do, but I am sure it isn't fun to do a STi clutch either.
Evo's like to eat through transmissions as well.

I guess if you take the wing off the STI...
You can request that your STI come with the low spoiler.
Ahhh. The classic Evo or STi question. The Evo is just a better car, until you start to beat on it. However, any car will eventually fall apart after beating on it. If you ask me, take the Evo. It's always up to the person that's funding it though.

I will be buying an evo 8 in a couple years after i get situated and the price drops a little bit more. Who hasn't compared the 2 cars? If I was buying a car for rally I would deffenatly buy the sti over the evo, that would be the only reason i'd buy an sti.

Ever heard of an Evo shearing the teeth off a gear? The Sti's 2nd gear is not very strong.
