Misc starquest stuff

I'm in need of the following things for an 87 mitsu starion:

- Oil Filter
- PCV Valve
- Rear circular packing for cam

Also, what is the policy on returning parts? I never used some parts I ordered for my 1g when I had it, and I would like to return them if possible.
