Just thought I'd share, I never knew of this... Browsing through haynes, just looking at random stuff. I found out that on AWD's equipped with ABS contain a G-Sensor. Maybe all ABS cars have this? The only car I know of that has one, is the skyline. It'd be cool if, somehow you can hook that up to your logger, and see how many G's your pulling. :D

Nothing special about that, lots of antilock and airbag systems use G-sensors.

My car had 2 g-sensors before I got rid of them. Do I get a cookie?

G-sensors or accelerometers are used in every air bag equipped vehicle. Not all ABS systems have them unless the system is capable of electronic stability program (ESP) or traction control system (TCS).

Tis' true. That car has more computers for the brakes than it does for the engine. There are like 5 things you have to take out besides the actual modulator when you do an ABS elimination.
