It obviously had plates on it, not the ones I had on it though. Something went awry and they pulled the plates and left it. My guess on the whole scenario is the thieves put a different ignition in it and pulled the vin tags, then sold it for $1000 cash or something like that and that person drove it til it needed some work, then pulled the plates and left it. Either that or it'll be on the next Cops show being used for some crime and outrunning those heavy-ass squad cars.Then you could eBay it as "the car you saw smoke the cops on COPS!" And make a fucking fortune!

I never claimed insurance on this one, wouldn't be worth it with my deductible. I did get paid in full for the Civic though. And an extra $3000 would just cover a week's worth of projects for the new house. :D
