About a month ago me and my buddy replaced all the fluids in my car. We came across a wierd problem, the transfer case only had about a cup of oil in it. I was shocked that it would even run but it did, so we replaced it with some Mobile 1 stuff and dident think anything of it, now i see why there was soo little oil in, the transfer case was leaking. Now its all over my drive way and i was pissed. I read about the recalls that they made in 1998+ and i called and sure enough it's already been replaced. I called chrystler and told them about my problem and they are going to take a look at it tomorow. I know the leak is from the transfer case, so they will have to replace it once again at there own expense. They wont be abel to give me any BS about mods because i dont have any, cept the boost gauge and boost controller. I'm stoked about it because i get a brand new t-case. :p Who else has had this done?

Ok i got my car back on thursday at 9:45pm and to make a long story short it was under the recall, they replaced the transfer case seals and they also founs out that my oil sender switch was leaking, does any one know about this? i will make a seperate post to find this out. I would highly recomend Roseville Chrystler Jeep if your talon needs the transfer case seals done.

I had a new t-case in my old talon. The owner before me had the problem and the repair shop they went to ordered up a new one because they didn't know it was under recall. I sold it a while ago though.
