Ahh yes, the modlist. How's that 2.3 working for ya considering it came from a company who doesn't know what velocity stacks are? So you don't like Slowboy, yet you run a Kinetic (Slowboy) FMIC? Are you friends with Squeak1028 or whatever the fuck his Toonerz screenname is; basically the kid the "intentionally" blew up his car?

Give the guy a break. Btw, The "Slowboy" FMIC is a Kinetic FMIC to begin with. SBR shouldn't get credit, but the fmic pipes design sucks either way.

Yikes! To answer all these questions...

1. Super Blleder -Yes, I post over on gvr4.org a bit, have quite a few buddies with those vehicles around here :)

2. Cudvig -I am the owner, when I bought the car the only mods it had were a Ractive dual tip (angled upwards) muffler, and TONS of riced out painted interior trim. He painted the turbo heatshield metallic blue, the radiator brackets blue, the throttle cable box blue, the plugwire cover blue, the wipers were painted white, TONS of interior trim bits and vents were white.... It was kinda beat down... Not not body-wise but definitely the drivetrain was tired and torn up. I first replaced all the painted bits back to stock from junkyard pieces to get it lookin' right again, and then bought the GVR4 tranny to get my by. Then came the boltons, and then came more :)

3. Jakey-Yeah lots of the guys run the squirt around here, pretty cool system!

How's that 2.3 working for ya considering it came from a company who doesn't know what velocity stacks are? This is also the same company that built Sean Glazars race motors for years, but hey who's that guy?!?

So you don't like Slowboy, yet you run a Kinetic (Slowboy) FMIC?That is correct. Kinetic manufactures the FMIC, and I dislike SBR immensely.

Are you friends with Squeak1028 or whatever the fuck his Toonerz screenname is; basically the kid the "intentionally" blew up his car?I know him yes, and no he never "intentionally" blew his car up. If you look at his face on the video it's pretty plain to see. They were rappin' that car out and it was a stock 80k 2G motor that just let go. Better to have gone big then never gone at all IMO. What's he out a stock motor I can pick up from a junkyard for a lil' less than 100 bucks and some time? I'm not his friend and I actually kinda dislike him a bit but he's come a long way in the past few years.

4. At Least it's White -Yeah the pipe design is actually really nice short-route, but the endtank design is kinda poor. It's still one of if not the best bang for the buck FMIC kits out there IMO! Sure you lose a lil' efficiency but I'm not going to complain about a potential 5 or 10 extra hp that I would have had to spend an additional 300+ bucks for on a similar intercooler setup (like the victory *drool*)

5. Matt D -Thanks man :)

Thanks for the compliments guys!

Actually, I was referring to how they use couplers for bends. Stupidest Idea in all time. It is so expensive to replace 90 degree couplers when they rip or tear or wear out. It's just more of a PITA also for like the alternator area where it gets all close because of the long inlet of the fmic endtank.

I've never once heard or read of any of their (Kinetics) couplers going bad in the kit. Bear in mind that at this kits pricepoint I'm sure they're shipping TONS of them out as well so I'm sure it'd be out there. Probably something to keep in mind for later when I switch it up to polished aluminum piping though.
