I believe prices include the core. There is a section on the site to buy a brand new mitsu tranny that shep has gone through, no core required.

Dido.. although my end case was apparently broken upon arrival to Shep's shop. He's awesome; I'm def. getting all my tranny work done from him.

Jim with the Blue 2G that had the same front as my car just bought a Stage 4 for his car. He was planning on moving back to MN from Ft. Lauderdale at end of March...

if you see a Blue 2G with now a 99 style front with the same side skirts as tpunkx's ask him about it.

If I ever have to do any major overhauling to my tranny stage 3 would be the lowest I'd be willing to go. I like the stage 4 but I'd change the welded diff for a 4 spider since I still drive my car on the streets along with the steel shift forks.. (basically it's exactly what Jim got for his 2G came to $3090 with shipping)

3xxx hurts pretty bad. Especially when you can buy a real decent 1g for that much :P

stages 1-2 will manage most street driven cars. 3-4 is more for the drag racing or very violent driving habbits. Remember, no tranny is indestructable. You pay 3k for a very nice tranny.. it will still break sometime.
