no forcefed performance, too ez to confuse it with forced performance. however Forcefed Motorworks is fucking awesome, you cant confuse it with anything around here and it is an original name that will make people remember you. FMC Baby. or FMI if your gonna put it down inc style. shit who needs stock in you losers though? :bj:

By having a company incorporated it does not necessarily mean that there are stockholders I don't believe but I could also be wrong. As things get going I would definitely recommend looking into becoming incorporated as a viable option. Down the road, having it as a limited liability company may also be something worth checking into.
