Iridium plugs

Has anyone ran iridium plugs before, like at the track on race gas, or even everyday? How are they? Would you recommend them? Advantages, disadvantages?? Just trying to find out if they really work.

They aren't junk, but for the price you'd be better of with 5 sets of regular NGK's. They will last longer than regular plugs and platinum plugs, but you really won't see any performance benefits.

You just said, "junk", I figured I'd go a bit more in-depth since the plugs aren't bad, just overpriced.
