Rust...

How do you prevent rust? You all know about the 2G rust(shock towers) I had a little surface rust that I took car of but I dont want a big ass hole there like all the other 2Gs. Could I spray on some undercoating in the wheel well? Or that pray on truck bed liner? Any Ideas on preventing.

Get some stuff that converts rust into paint... not really but it neutralizes the rust for alot longer, and then paint over it once its dry and then use undercoat. Ive used this method and it works pretty well. Other than sanding the rust down or cutting it out you cant do much.

Lets just pretend there is no rust(Im in the middle of taking care of the surface rust thats there). I just want to protect the towers from future rust.
