they are out in force man..just to day on the entrace to 36 from white bear ave they had on guy pulled over with 3 cop cars.lol that was funny! where do you live in no st paul? I live there too!I live off York & Whitebear. Is that considered the north part? I'm new to the area so just saying what everyone says.
