well this morning i had to go into the gas chamber. It's just one of them things you have to do once a year to refresh us on how to use our gas masks and stuff. But ya man that shit isn't fun. They stuck us in this little building, burned some cs gas, then make us like run around, and break the seal on our masks, and you breathe a little bit in cuz you can't help it. and it burns on your skin. ya, just thought id share my wonderful morning! im luvin the marine corps!! (that was called sarcasm by the way)
Sounds like fun :D
At least that's only once a year. What other kind of stuff do you do on a daily basis?
You should hang around Allan, you get gased everyday.

Suck it up...wuss. You're not the only one who has gone through "the chamber" recently.
Every time I have a cold I go through un-masked to clear my head.

You wouldn't happen to know a Prasith Xayaphet would you. Short asian guy. I know Hawaii's big, and I'm sure there's more than one base there, but just curious if maybe you've heard of him. I went to High school with him, and he was my roomate for a while. He joined the army a few years ago, and the last I heard he was stationed in Hawaii.

a good kind of hurt? you're one of those types huh? all like I LOVE PAIN, FOR FUN LETS GO RUN THE OBSTACLE COURSE. I aint like that but i know your type who are. I did not join to give each other scars for fun. I'm in a highly technical job, i joined because of the schooling i was offered and the job i was gauranteed and no where else that i know of would they let a 19 year old work on million dollar radars under the supervision of a 21 year old. Well now im the 21 year old, im the one helping out the new guys. I get to go work on the Radars or display interfaces under minimal supervision. Its hands on experience that you would most likely not be able to get anywhere else without a college degree. and if you have a college degree, you're obviously not 19. and also with no experience and just a degree, its going to be tough finding an Electronic Technician job as employers usually prefer individuals with experience, because as a technician, there is so much more to it then what one would learn in a class. Anyway, you keep on enjoying your love for pain. I'm gunna keep on working on electronics and not going through a gas chamber with no mask.
