Well I just got done checking out the rear drivetrain. last time at Moroso 2 weeks ago I had a really bad wheel hop and then when ever I would get on boost I'd hear a click in the back as if something would shift under torque.

Anyrate I tore a Bushing for my rear Differencial. (or what ever the correct term is) There are 3 that hold it in place I tore the rear passengerside one. Basically where the bolt goes through no longer is held in by anything. (looks like what my front motor mounts used to look like before I went with Polyurothane

anyways How do I fix it? (Hopeing there is some sort of hardener foam I can use that'll turn it into a polyurothane type bushing)

The energy suspension kit might come with those bushings. Or I'm sure Marco(bouncing pumpkin) from Magnus could hook you up with a nice CM rear subframe. Or you could take the measurements and contact one of the poly bushing manufacturers.

Well I was just hoping I could use that 3m stuff that you can make solid motor mounts with. But I'm not sure how much it would work in this case since they are already solid mounts.

Marco or somebody might have solid metal inserts for the 3 mounting points. That is a known problem on the 2Gs that causes the rear pumpkin to free itself for the chassis. Marco had one eject from his car at the DSM Shootout a few years ago and a friend of mine in Texas had his rear pumpkin rip free, but the axles held it in long enough to stop.

I am hoping to use this 3M stuff - 3M Window Weld 08609. However I don't know anyplace locally that carries it. I've tried the local shops via internet and nothing comes up. Does anyone here know where I might be able to get it. (ie: looking for hopefully a chain store that I can just go to and pick up)

If you have a Carquest nearby, they might have it. We used to have it up in St. Cloud where I used to work. Go to a local bodyshop and ask them where they get it from.

looks like Advanced Auto Parts carries it or at least the online catalog says they do. I'll be heading out in a little bit to pick it up.
