Talk about fucked up. A California Cop shoots an airman point blank four times.

You can here the cop tell him to get up, when he gets up the cop shoots him 4 times at point blank range. Then when the man falls from getting shot, the cop tells him to "shut the fuck up" then calls for backup. The man was un armed as well.

I guess he just got back from a full tour in Iraq fighting for our country to be shot by a overzealous asshole.

Cops like this should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. There was no reason to shoot him as he didn't appear to pose any threat on the officer.

What do you think the cops penalty should be?

Discuss.

So did the guy make it?

Im gonna go with the full penalty for manslaughter or attempted murder, whichever the case may be.

I think that cop should have to answer to "The Impaler"! I saw this on the news as well, and I agree he should receive that maximum punishment.

I think the cop got jelious becuase he was driving a Vette. I can't believe he shot him point blank four times. Lucky for him someone caught it on video. If they did not the cop would of got away scott free. Shit I am just waiting for some St. Paul cop to shoot me for driving a Honda. I been pulled over by St. Paul cops for driving a wanna be Civic. Which my car is an Accord but evertime they site me a ticket it always say Honda Civic. Yes, everytime I going in front of the hearing officer it gets thrown out because I did nothing wrong. I am thinking about installing a video camera in my car so each time they pull me over I have proof in court that I get pulled over for no apparent reason and the cop is just waisting good government time on stupid useless shit. When he can be pulling cars with no bumpers or all there tail lights not working over. Sorry for taking the story away. I have never been pulled over in any of the 8 states I lived in until I moved to MN.

Yeah it was pretty fucked up. I have watched it a few times to see if the guy did anything to provoke the cop and I can't see anything. What a piece of shit.

Go and serve your country just to get shot by some asshole. I have no clue if he made it.

I found the small article actually, the guy is in good condition. There was no news of the officer and what charges he faces if anything.

CHINO, Calif. - A home video released Tuesday shows a sheriff’s deputy shooting a man as he apparently heeds an order to get up off the ground after a car chase.

The FBI is investigating possible civil rights violations in the shooting, said Thom Mrozek, spokesman for the U.S. attorney’s office in Los Angeles.

KTLA-TV aired a 40-second clip it said came from a Chino resident who videotaped Sunday night’s shooting in front of his house. The shooting followed a short 100-mph car chase.

While he was on the ground, the man appeared to tell the deputy he was in the military and was unarmed.

Senior Airman Elio Carrion, 21, who recently returned from Iraq, was listed in good condition at Arrowhead Regional Medical Center in Colton.

I saw this on the news and believe this isnt the only one that has happened... Some people think that if they are a Police Officer they can do whatever they want and get away with it because the judge will take their word over yours.

Punish him as if he wasn't an officer. Attempted murder or assault with a deadly weapon. He will probably get off easily. Fuckers.

that would would be interesting in court, when the airmans lawyer asks, what exactly provoked you to shoot the defendant?
