This is the problem.
when i go to start it it will idle at like 3250 but it will sometimes go down then back up. when you try driving it, it doesn't feel like the turbo is spooling at all. i know its a bigger turbo so it probably wouldnt spool till like 3500- 4000 rpm but when the motor is under a load it hesitates like crazy around that rpm. The check engine light is not on and i noticed that on my SAFC the injector % is at like 68% when it does idle right( which is never) ive tried multiple things but i wanted to see what other people on here had to say.

Any advice or suggestions would be a big help

Thanks

All that motor work and all you have is an SAFC?

Between the fuel pump and clutch there are speakers. :)
I'm too tired to start on this tonight. I do like the mod list though.

I would guess your timing is not set right, you are probably a tooth or two off. Check that first thing. And then pray you didn't fuck anything else up.

This is a tech thread. If you have nothing to contribute to the topic at hand then don't post anything.

Yea i know... I origanally wasn't planning on doing all of the work when i bought the safc, im now looking to buy an AEM EMS...

And yea i know the list is kinda goofy. but it was something i had already written up so i used it. It would suck to have to write that everytime i had a question or anything like that so...

But yea any help would be great :D

And i will check the timing tomorrow. Thanks

Oh and also on the SAFC the RPM reads like 1118 and the actual tach reads the 3250 or whatever...

Any ideas?

Your s-afc isn't setup correctly then.
Go into the settings and make sure the correct number of cylinders is "chosen".
(options are 2-4-6, if I recall).

-StephanMine did that too, when it worked. I ended up having to switch it to 2 cylinder for some reason.

If all you're using to tune is the SAFC, I would think that it only reading half the RPMs would have a little something to do with that hesitation.

I have it set on 4cyl and the throttle is set right too.

I will keep toying with it and see if i cant figure anything out
