The main difference is the size of the MAF, 3.0 vs 3.5 inch diameter.

I think very few member actually "Need" the 3.5" maf. As the majority of the MAf-t setups are blow-thru, the 3" works fine for 90% of the people, hince the 90% (and cheaply aquired) list I grabbed off tuners.
