Is it possible for the BOV to leak pressure at a certain RPM/load? It sounds like my new (used) Greddy RS is letting out a little pressure at around 3,000-3,500 when things really get moving. I don't know if this is possible or not, or if it is something else, or even if it's just normal. Thanks for any and all help.

Yeah its possible. If the vacuum line is leaking the pressure that is on the BOV might be greater than the pressure from the spring holding the valve closed so there for it pushes the valve open.

Do a boost leak test and find out if it is leaking.

It is most definitely possible. Do a boost leak test and make sure you have everything connected properly and tightly. If that doesn't do the trick then I would buy a different BOV, as the spring may be too weak inside of yours.

I would recommend a different BOV personally. I like the Tial BOV and I think they are the best overall Blow off valve for everything.

If you want a good deal locally, I hear MAPerformance.com has very good deals on them, and if you PM me I can get you $10 off of one.

You can tighten the screw on top of the BOV to make it harder, but if you make it too tight you might get compressor surge. Remember to secure the lock nut afterwards too.
