A dumb tire question

I think the fact that just being able to on the cheap steelies in the front plays a part too, I've seen some honda's struggle to light up even the cheap steelies, which is pretty sad, cause my 85hp saturn will burn its tires with ease....Well Saturns are not known as torqueless wonders.

They don't go out and buy those steelies, they are the stock wheels minus the hubcaps.
